The Temecula Valley Astonomers meet at 7:30 pm on the first Monday of each month (except with this coincides with a holiday) at the Rancho California Water District building the Temecula. The public is welcome to all general meetings.

Directions: From I-15, exit at Winchester and go west on Winchester. After Diaz Road, start looking for the Water District building on the right. The building is about 1/4 mile from the the intersection of Diaz and Winchester. Look for 42135 Winchester Rd.

December (NO general meeting in December)

January 4, 2010: Guest speaker is Bob Stephens from Riverside Astronomical Society. Topic: Robert will be showing his original, independent film, The Wuhan 4, about his trip to Chinal to view a lunar eclipse. More information on the film is at www.thewuhan4.com.

February 1, 2009: Topic will be on lunar topology and features.

March 1, 2009: Speaker will be TVA club member and professional astronomer Malcolm Thompson.

April 5, 2009: Guest speaker will be Scott Kardel of Palomar Observatory.
